HERE IS SOLUTION ..
What is a balanced diet

A diet which contains all the nutrients e.g. energy, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals etc. required by a child for the proper maintenance of health and optimum growth is termed as a 'balanced diet'. Dals and beans have high contents of protein and a small amount of fat. Bread is rich in carbohydrates but poor in proteins.
Eating a balanced diet

IS DIETING means MISSING DIETS..?

Losing weight does not necessarily mean that you have to miss meals and following fad diets. Eating a healthy and balanced diet is all you need to get that leaner body you have been dreaming about. You have to introduce healthier foods in your body and gradually reduce or eventually phase-out unhealthy foods.

what should i eat?

Watching what you eat is also very important. Don't over eat. Try and be strict with your food portions. And make sure you are eating healthy foods that are low in fat like fruits and vegetables. Try eating fruit or vegetables as a snack in between meals. Every little bit helps. Buy exercise equipment. I recommend a elliptical machine or a treadmill. I have had both and I seem to have dropped off some pounds over a period of time. It also depends on how much time you invest in exercising to determine how fast you will loose the weight you want. And don't get discouraged if it takes awhile to see and pounds drop off. It takes time and effort. You probably didn't put the weight on that fast so you should not expect it to come off that fast either. Just keep up with your diet and exercising routine daily if possible.

A healthy diet is even more essential for women than men. As well as pregnancy, women have to cope with debilitating hormone irregularities which can impact adversely on both health and weight. Healthy eating won't eliminate or cure these effects, but it often relieves symptoms. It's worth remembering that some foods - especially fresh fruits and vegetables, contain chemicals which are believed to exercise a powerful beneficial effect on the human body. More research is needed into the effect of these foods (eg. soybeans) to validate these claims, but all dietitians and nutritionists agree that the quality of our daily diet has a huge impact on our health, especially if we are female.
