Once up on time our superslim and sexy birth day girl sonam kapoor used to be bit overweight and fat and blah blah and blah...



and now she has transformed to something like this


On her 27 th birthday she have decided to share her weight loss secret so gals get ready

Sonam kapoor's weekly workout
  • 30 minutes of cardio every day,
  • Focus on different body parts each day like Abs on Monday, followed by shoulders on Tuesday, arms on Wednesday and so on.
  • Dance classes twice a week, power yoga sometimes 
  • Swimming.

Sonam Kapoor’s Weight loss Diet
  • For Breakfast – Egg Omlette, toast, fruits and water. Green tea without sugar throughout the day. You could include multi-vitamins 
  • For Lunch – Vegetables, chicken, roti, curd and fruits. For Roti’s it’s protein-rich wheat.
  • For Dinner – It’s better to have dinner as early as possible, at least 3 hours before your sleep. Usually, it’s a bit of grilled fish, chicken sandwich, salad and a glass of protein shake.

Katrina kaif's secret diet and workout plan for Dhoom 3 is revealed..!


Toda Katrina Kaif is one of the sexiest beauty in bollywood, but she wasn't always like this, She wasnt as sexy and  attractive as she looks in chikani chameli and Sheila ki jawani..
Yes Its not really old story.. Just before 3-4 year back she used to have quite healthy curves !

Here I am giving a detail dieting and work out plan which make Katrina look the way she is..
so girls make a note and follow it religiously (and DO NOT give up in between, Its not magic to work in a week  you will succeed for sure !!

A. Diet : It dose matter what you eat and what you don't !  Katrina's Diet plan ..Its very simple to follow 

Start of day with 2 glass of water (250 mL)

Breakfast:
Brown Bread with peanut butter or Oats with low fat milk
1 glass low fat milk (2%)
2 boiled eggs-white portion only
1 Banana 

Lunch:
Green dressed salad
Brown rice
Grilled fish
Cereals

Dinner:
No meat for dinner
No carbs (rice mainly)
very light dinner or some fruits 
like grapes, or 1 apple (antioxodants- Vit C help keeps you young)

B. Workout (She gotta Sallubhai for helping out, everyone is not that lucky !)

3 times in Gym
swimming, jogging everyday

She also carry out special stretch exercise and aerobics for butt and thigh toning, as she will be filiming some action scenes and going to dawn 2 piece bikini in upcoming movie Dhoom 3.
