Start of day with 2 glass of water (250 mL)
Breakfast:
Brown Bread with peanut butter or Oats with low fat milk
1 glass low fat milk (2%)
2 boiled eggs-white portion only
1 Banana
Lunch:
Green dressed salad
Brown rice
Grilled fish
Cereals
Dinner:
No meat for dinner
No carbs (rice mainly)
very light dinner or some fruits
like grapes, or 1 apple (antioxodants- Vit C help keeps you young)
B. Workout (She gotta Sallubhai for helping out, everyone is not that lucky !)
3 times in Gym
swimming, jogging everyday
