BHANGARH -"THE MOST HAUNTED PLACE IN INDIA"

Bhangarh is a place on way from Jaipur to Alwar city in Rajasthan state of India. Today Bhangarh is known for its ruins where nobody dares to stay after sunset. Looking through history we find that this town was established by Madho Singh, younger brother of King Akbar’s General Raja Man Singh, in 1631. But the city seems to have been abandoned in a hurry some centuries later.

The local folks say that due to a curse the whole town was vacated overnight. According to the story of the curse, if the town was ever rediscovered the township would not be found, but only temples would show up.
True to the story only temples dot the landscape and even far up on the mountains only shrines can be seen. It is said that nobody returns from there who stays after dark.
By the Government of India rules there has to be an office of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) beside every historical structure in India. But even government authorities did not dare to open an office there. They opened their office about one kilometer away from the ruins of Bhangarh. Even this office is close to a temple because of this myth. ASI has put a signboard at Bhangarh saying, "Staying after sunset is strictly prohibited in this area."

People who visit this place out of tourist interest say that there is a strange feeling in the atmosphere of Bhangarh, which causes sort of anxiety and restlessness.
The story of this restlessness goes as the following. The charm of princess of Bhangarh Ratnawati was said to be matchless in entire Rajasthan. Being merely eighteen years old, the princess started getting wedding offers from other states. In the same region there also lived a tantrik, a magician using black magic, named Singhia who was desperately in love with the princess and who also knew that king would never even allow him to see the princess.
Once he saw princess's maid in the market buying scented oil for princess. Seeing this he got a wicked idea of getting the princess. He used his black magic and put a spell on the oil which would hypnotise the princess by her mere touching the oil and she would immedialely walk towards the tantrik to satisfy him sexually. But as soon as the princess got the oil she threw it on the block of a stone as she had seen the tantrik eying the oil. As soon as the oil touched the stone, the stone started rolling towards the wicked tantrik Singhia and crushed him. While dying Singhia cursed the palace that there will be such an incident that everybody in the palace would die and their souls will stay there for centuries without rebirth. The very next year there was a battle between Bhangarh-Ajabgarh and no one survived in the battle nor in the palace, not even the princess Ratnawati. Also the prime minister cursed Bhangarh that no one would settle there in future and whoever dares will die as well. It is said by the local villagers that whenever a house has been built there its roof has collapsed. It seems to be true because inside Bhangarh all the houses are without a roof and even at the closest village where people reside, they still have roofs made of straw but not bricks.

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT EXCERCISE

Understand Calories

The first step to losing weight by counting calories is to understand what a calorie is and how it applies to your weight. A calorie is a unit of measurement that measures the amount of energy contained in a food or beverage.

Custom Search

Your body uses caloric energy to perform everything from basic biological functions to typing on your keyboard or jogging around the block. We all have a certain caloric requirement needed to maintain our current weight; if you eat fewer -- or burn more -- calories than that, you will eventually lose weight. This is called a caloric deficit. A good rule of thumb is that a caloric deficit of 3,500 calories leads to a weight loss of approximately one pound.

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST

TWELVE GREAT WAYS TO BURN CALORIES (WITHOUT EVEN REALIZING IT)
Calorie Burning Tips

1. Instead of riding elevators or escalators, take the stairs.

2. At the supermarket park farther away from the door as you usually would. Take a couple extra laps around the market too if you have the time.

3. Instead of plopping down on the couch during "Friends", do some house chores or better yet go for a nice brisk walk.

4. If you take the bus or the subway, stand in the aisle and let someone else have your seat.

5. Instead of going out to dinner, go out and walk, rollerblade or play pool (something physical).

6. At work, instead of taking coffee breaks, take walk breaks, and no smoking please!

7. If possible once or twice a week, ride your bike to work or to the gym.

8. Instead of sitting back and watching your younger siblings play (or if you are baby-sitting), get on the floor and play with them, at first they may think you are crazy, but they may like it.

9. Instead of letting the dog out to roam the yard, take the dog for a walk.

10. Cut your grass (with a push mower), your parents will love this too.

11. While watching TV, lie on your back and do some leg lifts or some isometrics with your arms while watching.

12. Wash the floors, it burns calories and uses many muscle groups. A clean floor isn’t so bad either. Just be careful of your knees.

HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT

10 Strategies for permanent weight loss

1. Exercise is essential for weight loss
It's nothing new, but exercise is probably the most important predictor of whether you will succeed at long term weight loss and weight loss maintenance. In order for exercise to be helpful in weight loss, you should strive for a minimum of five 30 minute sessions per week. The good news is that recent research has shown that three 10 minute sessions in a day are as good as one 30 minute session. This helps many in combating the old "no time for exercise" excuse. Be certain to find something you enjoy. You'll be more apt to stick with it. Try walking with a friend, joining an intramural sports league, participating in outings with a group like The Sierra Club, or trying some classes at your local gym. Once you give exercise a chance, you will begin to enjoy its positive benefits on your psyche as well; you will literally become "hooked."

Having trouble getting a workout in? Why not try one of these Diet Channel recommended programs:

2. Weight loss and weight training
We chose to list this separately from the "exercise" category because of the significant weight loss benefits attached to weight training in and of itself. The basic equation is this: the more muscle tissue you have, the more calories you will burn. This is why world class weight lifters must eat thousands of calories a day to maintain their weight. Muscle is active tissue, fat is not. Thus, muscle "burns" a significant number of calories each day for its own maintenance. In her book Strong Women Stay Slim, Miriam Nelson, a Tufts University researcher, showed that a group of women who followed a weight loss diet and did weight training exercises lost 44% more fat than those who only followed the diet. While aerobic activity can help burn calories, muscle's where it's at when it comes to giving your metabolism a significant daily boost even at rest.

Read Cardio and Strength Training: How do you create a balanced routine? to find out how best to pursue numbers 1 and 2 above in tandem.

3. Keep a diary for triggers that hinder weight loss
Keeping a food diary can be a huge asset in successful weight loss. Devote some time each day to record what you have eaten and how much, your hunger level prior to eating, and any feelings or emotions present at the time. A food diary can provide a large amount of self-awareness. It can identify emotions and behaviors that trigger overeating, foster greater awareness of portion sizes, and help you discover your personal food triggers. Study any patterns that emerge from your food diary and identify where you may be able to make more healthful changes. A food diary provides an added benefit of keeping you focused on and committed to your goals. Start keeping a food diary today by printing our food diary.

4. Stay focused on being healthy, not on becoming thinMany people become more successful at long term weight loss when their motivation changes from wanting to be thinner to wanting to be healthier. Change your mindset to think about selecting foods that will help your body's health rather than worrying about foods that will affect your body's weight. The Food Pyramid offers a basic outline of the types and amounts of food you should eat each day to give your body the nutrients it needs for optimal health.

5. Find out why you overeatAll too often overeating is triggered by stress, boredom, loneliness, anger, depression and other emotions. Learning to deal with emotions without food is a significant skill that will greatly serve long term weight control. The Solution, a book and national program developed by Laurel Mellin, RD, helps participants to identify their eating triggers and respond to them without food. A research study showed that the participants in this program demonstrated a better rate of long term weight loss maintenance than those who simply diet and/or exercise and don't address behavioral and emotional issues. Chronic over-eaters and "emotional eaters" can be significantly helped by learning new behavioral skills such as those Mellin presents. You can also seek help with behavioral and emotional eating issues from a licensed counselor or psychologist in your area.

6. Weight loss support: join a weight management group
A big key in long term weight control comes from receiving encouragement and support from others. You can check to see if groups such as Jenny Craig offer programs and resources in your areas. You may also wish to check with your local hospital to see if their registered dietitian conducts group weight loss programs.

7. Weight loss and portion control
With the advent of "super-size" meals and increasingly huge portions at restaurants, our concept of normal serving sizes is a distant memory. Be mindful of the amounts of food you consume at a sitting. When necessary, divide your food in half and ask for a take home bag. It is all too easy to be a "plate cleaner" even when served enormous portions. Learn to pay attention to your hunger level and stop eating when you feel comfortably full, not stuffed.

8: Lose weight slowly with small changes
Try to remember that "losing 15 pounds in two weeks" is nothing to celebrate. It is important to realize that the more quickly weight is lost, the more likely the loss is coming from water and muscle, not fat. Since muscle tissue is critical in keeping our metabolism elevated, losing it actually leads to a decrease in the amount of calories we can each day without gaining weight. Fat loss is best achieved when weight is lost slowly. Strive for a weight loss of no more than 1-2 pounds per week. One pound of weight is equivalent to 3500 calories. By making small changes like eliminating 250 calories a day from food and expending 250 calories a day from exercise, you can lose one pound (of mostly fat) per week. You can calculate how much time you need to exercise to burn 250 calories by clicking here. You can calculate your caloric needs by clicking here, and then subtract 250 from that number.

9. Eating slowly can lead to weight lossDid you ever notice that thin people take an awfully long time to eat their food? Eating slowly is one method that can help take off pounds. That's because from the time you begin eating it takes the brain 20 minutes to start signaling feelings of fullness. Fast eaters often eat beyond their true level of fullness before the 20 minute signal has had a chance to set in. The amount of calories consumed before you begin to feel full can vary significantly depending on how quickly you eat. So slow down, take smaller bites and enjoy and savor every tasty morsel.

10. Weight loss through eating less fat - but do it wisely
We've known for some time that limiting high fat foods in the diet can be helpful with weight loss. That's because fats pack in 9 calories per gram compared to only 4 calories per gram from proteins or carbohydrates. To many, the message to limit fats implied an endorsement to eat unlimited amounts of fat-free products. Just to clarify, fat-free foods have calories too. In some cases fat-free foods have as many calories as their fat laden counterparts. If you eat more calories than your body uses, you will gain weight. Eating less fat will help you to lose weight. Eating less fat and replacing it with excessive amounts of fat-free products will not.

For more information on high-fat foods you should continue to eat, even when trying to lose weight, see the following article from TheDietChannel: Healthy and Fat? 5 High-Fat Foods You Should Not Avoid.

FOR THE PERFECT EYES

Applying Your Eye Shadow
Prime Your Eyelids: As with most makeup the best place to start is with a good foundation. Apply a foundation that matches your skin tone to your eye lid and the surrounding area. This will serve as a base that will help you apply eyeshadow evenly as well as keep your eyeshadow in place longer.

1.Apply Lightest Shade: The lightest eyeshadow shade acts as a highlighter and is applied first. Use one of your medium brushes to lightly apply the eyeshadow to the area below the natural curve of your eyebrow. This will help give your eyes a bright and radiant appearance.

2.Apply Medium Shade: Using a brush that will fit within the confines or your eye lid. brush the medium color across your lid. For the best possible application it's important to keep this color within the realm of your eye lid. Be sure to apply it fully to the lid without going beyond the natural boundaries of your eye.

3.Apply Darkest Shade: The darkest shade of eyeshadow is used to create a dramatic and sultry look. While you can often skip this one for day time makeup application, it really completes the look. Using a thinner brush apply the dark shade to your eye's natural creases which fall between the curve of your eyebrow and your actual eye lid.

4.Soften Your Look: Applying the eyeshadow in the manner above will result in a few hard edges that make it apparent that you are wearing three different shades of eye color. Your ultimate goal is to have a unified look to your makeup with soft color transitions. Use a cotton swab to blend in the lines between colors. Instead of a obvious contrast you should see a gradual change in color.

5.Eye Liner: Your look won't be complete until you give it the final touches, one of which is eyeliner. Depending on your choice of eye liner (wet or dry) apply it to the rim of your eyes. Be sure to apply evenly since uneven or spotty application can ruin your whole look. As with the eyeshadow, you will want to use a cotton swab to blend your eyeliner in creating a softer look.

6.Mascara: Your final touch to your look is the mascara. Apply your mascara with a sweeping motion to both the top and bottom lashes. Remove any clumps while mascara is still damp.

"How to look stylish and make a lasting impression every time" For real women with real bodies. leading international Image

Step 1 - Love Who You Are

Many people ignore the fact that the idealised body images that surround us are just that - idealised - and don’t represent what the majority of us are really like. Many of us find ourselves in a relentless pursuit of the elusive perfect figure - leaving us chronically dissatisfied with our appearance. This often results in low self-esteem and a lack of confidence.

The truth is, the vast majority of people don’t have (and won’t ever have) "perfect" bodies.

Most of us are much more likely to talk and get to know somebody who is friendly and approachable rather than a more physically attractive self-centred person. Our personality and behaviour count for a lot. We need to accept ourselves for who we are and what we’re meant to look like.

Recognise your attributes and make the most of them rather than dwelling on imperfections. Your attitude towards yourself makes a big difference. Lack of confidence in your appearance can lead you to behave in defensive ways that appear unfriendly and aloof, and this behaviour is likely to put people off rather than your appearance.

Believing in yourself and feeling good about the way you look will help to automatically send off more positive signals about the person you really are. So don’t waste any more time trying to be a second class somebody else and get on with being a first class you!

Step 2 - Learn How to Flatter Your Body Shape

Firstly you need to identify your body shape. There are basically six common body shapes, and a couple of vertical variations. However please remember, that you may not completely conform to one of the shapes. You may be a combination of a couple of shapes.

By recognising your assets you can choose clothes to flatter them and camouflage parts you don’t want to emphasize. Here’s a few simple tips from our image stylists. There’s many more to come . . .

If you have the classic triangle shape, you will want to balance your hips by widening your shoulders. There’s also several rules you need to follow for top and jacket lengths, and skirt and pant styles.

triangle shape

If you’ve an inverted triangle frame, with wide shoulders, perhaps a big bust and narrow hips, you’ll need to widen your hips. Choosing pants and skirts in the right colour, fabric and style will have a big impact on your overall look. There’s also certain types of top styles and dress styles you need to avoid so your shoulders don’t look even wider.

inverted triangle

If you have the classic oval shape (broader through the middle and upper torso, with no waist indentation and often with a full bust and sloping shoulders) then there’s lots you can do to minimise your stomach area and elongate your overall body length. For starters you need to concentrate on vertical lines and avoid tucked in tops.

oval shape

A diamond body shape is characterised by narrow shoulders and a small bust and back, with most of the weight distributed through the midriff and waist area. If you have a diamond shape you should avoid anything overly fitted, patterned, contrasting or tailored through the waist.

diamond shape

The hourglass figure is usually every woman’s dream, but depending on the proportions, can be difficult to dress. An hourglass lady can look wonderful or tarty depending on her clothes style. She needs to avoid clingy/too tight tops and anything with straight darts.

hourglass shape

If you have an athletic figure and not much waist definition, then you have a rectangle shape. You want to avoid cropped jackets that end at the waist and choose dresses and tops which define the waist and make you look more curvy.

rectangle shape

step 3 - choose colors which suit you

Your skin tone and hair color can make a big impact on how your clothes look on you. Every woman should know what colors are becoming to her, and know her own seasonal palette. Color can then be the used as the guide for:

* Purchasing clothes
* Choosing make-up to enchance your skin tone
* Choosing a new hair color or highlights

Many fashion consultants and stylists use the season pallette system to classify a woman’s coloring, which is determined from her hair, skin and eye color.

Autumn: Look good in rich, warm, golden colors, light and dark in tones both muted and vivid, particularly camel and most shades of the browns

Winter: No woman can wear a Pure White as beautifully Winter can. They also look great in dark, vivid, and bright colors.

Spring: Look good in colors which are bright and daring and definitely not all shy pastels.

Summer: Look best in soft colors and all the pastels, plus some muted dark colors....

How to Maintain Romance
There is so much more involved in keeping romance alive than just candles, bubble baths, and foot massages. You each have to work at it in order to maintain and enjoy romance in your life. Here is how to feed the romantic fires in your relationship in a deep and meaningful way.

[edit] Steps
Tell the truth. Truth is the ultimate aphrodisiac and a great way to create connection with your partner. For example, you might say "I feel safe when I am with you" or "Sometimes I feel scared that we get so busy with other things that we forget about creating close moments together, but I really want to be close with you." Just share your true feelings and speak from your experience. If you are concealing in your relationship, you will not feel connected, so consider making truth an ongoing priority in your life.
Appreciate yourself and your partner. Appreciation means "to grow in value, or to be sensitively aware of." Take time to understand just what it is that you like about yourself, and your partner. Saying for example, "I am doing a good job as a parent by taking time to hug the kids in the morning before they go off to school." or "I really appreciate how dedicated you are to your job." Successful relationships have a 5 to 1 ratio of appreciations to criticisms, so if you really want to heat up your relationship, start appreciating!
Listen. All humans crave being seen and heard. Being with your partner, and really listening to them can be magical for you both. Often, we want to fix their problems, but it is much more powerful to listen. Saying, "Wow, I can understand you are frustrated." or "That must have been hard on you." Let your partner know you're hearing them.
Create romance within yourself first. We often try to "get" our partners to be more romantic by believing we need to change them in order to have what we want. The truth is that you are much more likely to have what you want when 'you' show up in that way. For example, create your own romantic mood--dress, put on music, prepare sensuous foods, take some time to love and appreciate yourself. It will not take long for your partner to join in the fun!
Ask for what you want. Let your partner know that you are deeply interested in spending some romantic time with them (You would be surprised at how often they are unaware of this.) Whining, demanding, and manipulating are contrary to creating romance, so do your best to ask using kind and loving words.
Bring play back into your relationship. Levity is a sexy thing. If you are stuck in thoughts of how much housework you have to do, or that you might wake the kids, more than likely you will not feel romantic. Laugh about the ways that you take your self out of a romantic mood, and soon, you will be back in it.
Speak your partner's love language. We often become confused and disappointed by expecting the other person to do such and such romantic things. Do to your partner the things they like as well as you telling them what 'you' like, want, and expect. When you fulfill their needs and desires, you will end up receiving the same in return!
Accept each other unconditionally, respect each others wishes and dislikes. Keep the mystery and fascination to each other. Love each moment as if it is the last.

[edit] Tips
Communicate with your partner about what each of you wants in the area of romance, without making the other person feel wrong for their desires. One may want less romance, the other may want more, however by communicating, each can have what they want, it just may not look the way you think it is supposed to. For example, how could you create a romantic evening just for yourself? (This is a really powerful step to creating a life of joy!)
Portions of this article are based on the works of Drs. Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks

[edit] Warnings
Many couples will subconsciously create an argument just when there is an opportunity for romance. This happens because we have conditioned ourselves to avoid intimate connection. We are afraid of being hurt when we are most open and vulnerable, thus we shut down without even realizing we are doing it. When this happens, take notice, without judging yourself or your partner. Instead try once more to spark a connection by using the steps above.
Being sarcastic with the one you love is not romantic or funny, unless both partners realize the mood.

WHAT TO WEAR ON A DATE

You have a hot date and you have no clue what to wear.

According to fashion designer Ashley Rebello who chatted with Get Ahead readers on December 2, it depends on where you are going. If you plan to meet at a coffee shop then jeans and a tee shirt or a flared skirt and a tank top will do. You can also throw on a denim jacket.

If it is a dinner and your first date, then preferably wear something sexy (but not too overtly skimpy) like a one-piece knee-length dress. You'll be a winner.

FOR THE IRRESISTIBLE LIPS

Make your lips luscious and irresistible

Lipstick mistakes seem to be inevitable. It can rub off on your teeth, remain in the crease of your lips, or smack on your cheek from a friendly greeting. Here are a few ways that Q-tips cotton swabs can help you create long-lasting kiss-able lips.
Don't be afraid to try a new lip colour. A Q-tips cotton swab is a handy tool to perfect your look from any smudges when using a lip liner.

To achieve a lasting sultry celebrity pout, and prevent lip colour from bleeding, dip a Q-tips cotton swab into translucent loose powder and apply powder along outer edge of lips. The powder will help the lip colour stay through the night.

If a little lip colour does run astray, dip a Q-tips cotton swab into a small amount of make-up remover and run along lip line. Roll the Q-tips cotton swab between your thumb and forefinger to create the ultimate precision tool.

Don't let the dry air or sun rob your lush lips of their moisture. Use a cotton swab to apply Vaseline Petroleum Jelly on your lips whenever they start to feel dry to keep moisture locked in.

Create a fuller look by using Q-tips cotton swabs to apply clear or pearly lip-gloss to the center of your lower lip, over lipstick.

When using hair-removal wax to eliminate hair on the upper lip area, use a Q-tips cotton swab to gently apply the wax to ensure precise application for a flawless, and fuzz-free, upper lip.

How to get Round sexy hips

Are you happy with your butt? Most of us aren't. They're too small, too big, too saggy, too flabby...this list goes on. The right cardio exercise and weight training activities (like squats and deadlifts) can make a difference in your backside and help you get those buns of steel. Find out the best cardio and strength training exercises for strengthening and firming up your rear.

1. Squats
View Full-SizeSquats are one of the best exercises you can do for your hips, butt and thighs. There are many different types of squats, including the Chair Squat pictured here. Stand with feet hip-width apart and squat, keeping back straight, abs in and knees behind your toes. Let your butt lightly touch chair and squeeze butt to stand up. Repeat for 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps and add weights for more intensity. This gallery of squat images shows a wide variety of squats you can add to your current routine.

2. Lunges
Lunges are a challenging exercise because they work so many muscles at the same time. On the front leg, you'll work the glutes and hamstrings and, on the back leg, you'll work the quads and calves. What's nice about lunges is that there are a variety to choose from such as:
Side to Side Lunges
Reverse lunges
Front lunges
Walking lunges
Wheel lunges (front, side, reverse)
You can also elevate the back foot on a step or platform to really challenge both legs. This is a great move for the glutes and thighs, but please avoid this move if it aggravates any knees problems.

3. Step Ups
For step ups, you simply place one foot on a step or platform and push through the heel onto the step. This is an excellent exercise for the glutes, providing you use a step that's high enough...just make sure your knee is bent to 90 degrees or less to keep it safe.
The other key to making this move work is to concentrate all your weight on the stepping leg. In other words, lower down gently, barely touching the toes of the other leg to the ground. You'll really feel this when you take it slow and concentrate on the working leg.

4. Hip Extensions
While I'm fond of more compound moves (like the squats, lunges and step ups listed above) since they work more muscle groups, the hip extension is an exercise that targets the largest muscle in the body...the gluteus maximus.
For this move, you can hold a dumbbell behind the knee or use ankle weights for added intensity. Another interesting variation is to lie with your hips and torso supported by a ball, hands on the floor, and bend the knees. Then squeeze the glutes to send the feet straight up to the ceiling.

5. One-Legged Deadlifts
Deadlifts are great for your hamstrings, butt and lower back, but form is critical and you should skip this exercise if you have any back problems.
To do this move, take the left leg back just a bit, lightly resting on the toe. With the weights in front of the thighs, tip from the hips and lower the weights as low as your flexibility allows. Keep your back flat or with a natural arch and make sure you keep the abs contracted to protect the back. Squeeze the glutes of the working leg to raise back up. Do 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps.

6. HikingNow the exercises listed above aren't the only strength moves for the glutes, but we often forget that there are cardio activities that will also engage the backside.
Hiking is one of those activities and it also burns tons of calories because you're typically going up steep mountains and maybe even getting into thin air, which requires lots of energy. Also, walking up an incline automatically gets your glutes more involved and, if you're wearing a backpack, you're really getting a workout. Plus, you get to see nature at its best. A 140-lb person burns about 390 calories in about an hour!

7. Biking
Riding a bike is great for your heart and it also targets almost every muscle in your hips, thighs and butt. On a stationary bike, alternate 3 minutes at 70-80 RPM with 2 minutes at 100-110 RPM for a calorie-blasting 30 minute workout. You can also try Spinning at the gym or riding outside. Gear up to really work your glutes! A 140-lb person burns 335 calories in 45 minutes.

8. Running
Running, like walking is accessible, easy to learn, reduces stress, helps in weight loss, and it makes you feel good. Plus, it really works your butt, especially when you add a few hills to your regular running route. Sprints are another option for folks wanting to both burn more calories and tighten up the old tush. A 140-lb person burns 475 calories during a 45 minute jog.

9. Kickboxing
Kickboxing was a hot item back in the day, but it's still a great workout. Controlled kicks work your hips, thighs and butt while complex combinations that include punches will target your abs to make them stronger. A 140-lb woman will burn up to 500 calories with 45 minutes of kickboxing.

10. Walking
Walking is easy: you can do it anywhere, anytime with no special equipment. There's no learning curve and it's something you can incorporate all day long. If you walk up hills, you can really target your glutes and, if you pick up the intensity, you'll burn some of that extra flab off your buns! A 140-lb person burns about 300 calories an hour during a brisk walk.

SPEAK ENGLISH CORRECTLY

English Pronunciation Tips

These English pronunciation tips will help you get the most out of your WordHacker program.
Tip 1
Do not confuse pronunciation of words with their spelling! For example, "threw" and "through", although spelled differently, are pronounced the same. Also, identical letters or letter clusters in words do not always produce the same sound. For example, the "ough" in "though" and "through" represents a different sound in each word. Learn to practise what you hear, not what you see.

Tip 2
Imagine a sound in your mind before you say it. Try to visualize the positioning of your mouth and face. Think about how you are going to make the sound.

Tip 3
Listen to and try to imitate each word in WordHacker. In addition to listening for specific sounds, pay attention to pauses, the intonation of the declaimer's voice and patterns of emphasis. This can be just as important as the pronunciation of sounds.

Tip 4
The English language has many different dialects, and words can be pronounced differently. It is important, however, that you pronounce words clearly to ensure effective communication.

Tip 5
Finally, the WordHacker program is a tool to help you. But you must practise what you are learning! Remember that you are teaching your mouth a new way to move. You are building muscles that you do not use in your own language. It is like going to the gym and exercising your body. Use the program to exercise your mouth a little bit each day.

2.Apply Lightest Shade: The lightest eyeshadow shade acts as a highlighter and is applied first. Use one of your medium brushes to lightly apply the eyeshadow to the area below the natural curve of your eyebrow. This will help give your eyes a bright and radiant appearance.
3.Medium Shade: Using a brush that will fit within the confines or your eye lid. brush the medium color across your lid. For the best possible application it's important to keep this color within the realm of your eye lid. Be sure to apply it fully to the lid without going beyond the natural boundaries of your eye.
4.Apply Darkest Shade: The darkest shade of eyeshadow is used to create a dramatic and sultry look. While you can often skip this one for day time makeup application, it really completes the look. Using a thinner brush apply the dark shade to your eye's natural creases which fall between the curve of your eyebrow and your actual eye lid.
5.Soften Your Look: Applying the eyeshadow in the manner above will result in a few hard edges that make it apparent that you are wearing three different shades of eye color. Your ultimate goal is to have a unified look to your makeup with soft color transitions. Use a cotton swab to blend in the lines between colors. Instead of a obvious contrast you should see a gradual change in color.
6.Eye Liner: Your look won't be complete until you give it the final touches, one of which is eyeliner. Depending on your choice of eye liner (wet or dry) apply it to the rim of your eyes. Be sure to apply evenly since uneven or spotty application can ruin your whole look. As with the eyeshadow, you will want to use a cotton swab to blend your eyeliner in creating a softer look.
7.Mascara: Your final touch to your look is the mascara. Apply your mascara with a sweeping motion to both the top and bottom lashes. Remove any clumps while mascara is still damp.

READY FOR SUM MAGIC GALS!!!!

JUS FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS............

scissors
white paper coffee filter
black marker (not permanent)
water
coffee cup or mug

Cut a circle out of the coffee filter. (It doesn't have to be a perfect circle, just a round shape that's about as big as your spread-out hand.

With the black marker, draw a line across the circle, about 1 inch up from the bottom.

Put some water in the cup-enough to cover the bottom. Curl the paper circle so it fits inside the cup. Make sure the bottom of the circle is in the water.
Watch as the water flows up the paper. When it touches the black line, you'll start to see some different colors.

Leave the paper in the water until the colors go all the way to the top edge. How many colors can you see?

If you have another black marker, draw a line on a clean, dry coffee filter circle. Put the circle in some fresh water. Does this marker make different colors than the first one?
Center Stage

Use a clean, dry coffee filter circle. Use your marker to draw a black spot in the center. Put the circle on a saucer, and put a few drops of water on the spot. In a few minutes you'll see rings of color that go out from the center of the circle to the edges. Our picture is in black and white, but when you do this, you'll see some amazing colors.

How does Black Magic work? Why do some black inks separate into many colors on a wet coffee filter?

Most nonpermanent markers use inks that are made of colored pigments and water. On a coffee filter, the water in the ink carries the pigment onto the paper. When the ink dries, the pigment remains on the paper.

When you dip the paper in water, the dried pigments dissolve. As the water travels up the paper, it carries the pigments along with it. Different-colored pigments are carried along at different rates; some travel farther and faster than others. How fast each pigment travels depends on the size of the pigment molecule and on how strongly the pigment is attracted to the paper. Since the water carries the different pigments at different rates, the black ink separates to reveal the colors that were mixed to make it.

In this experiment, you're using a technique called chromatography. The name comes from the Greek words chroma and graph for "color writing." The technique was developed in 1910 by Russian botanist Mikhail Tsvet. He used it for separating the pigments that made up plant dyes.

There are many different types of chromatography. In all of them, a gas or liquid (like the water in
your experiment) flows through a stationary substance (like your coffee filter). Since different ingredients in a mixture are carried along at different rates, they end up in different places. By examining where all the ingredients ended up, scientists can figure out what was combined to make the mixture.

Chromatography is one of the most valuable techniques biochemists have for separating mixtures. It can be used to determine the ingredients that make up a particular flavor or scent, to analyze the components of pollutants, to find traces of drugs in urine, and to separate blood proteins in various species of animals (a technique that's used to determine evolutionary relationships).

Why does mixing many colors of ink make black?

Ink and paint get their colors by absorbing some of the colors in white light and reflecting others. Green ink looks green because it reflects the green part of white light and absorbs all the other colors. Red ink looks red because it reflects red light and absorbs all the other colors. When you mix green, red, blue, and yellow ink, each ink that you add absorbs more light. That leaves less light to reflect to your eye. Since the mixture absorbs light of many colors and reflects very little, you end up with black.

Fashion and beauty trends keep changing all the time. When streaks become a fad we see many heads streaked in different hues. Tie a pony tail if you feel your hair is unruly.
Wear a bandana to cover your mane and look stylish
Do not get any chemical treatments done for the next six months.
You will have to wait for some months for new hair to grow. Remember the process cannot be reversed in an instant but is temporary. You need to be patient with yourself and treat your hair with some tender loving care.
