SKIN CARE..!

To sleep, perchance to dream!
For normal skim

To maintain that healthy skin glow ensure the following:
All make up is removed before going to bed, including eye shadow and lipstick.
Try going without your make-up for at least one day a week, give
your skin a chance to absorb fresh air.
Make sure your make up is right for your skin type. there is no point adding heavy moisturiser to an already greasy skin.
If you can, use a mild soap & soft water to wash your face.
If you are not sure about a product buy a sampler, don't go spending £60.00 on something that doesn't suit your skin type.

eye shadow.

When applying eye shadow the first rule is to blend it well so there are no harsh edges.
Apply the medium shade on the upper eyelid only. Then, use a lighter shade under the browbone to highlight the eyes.
Now, with the tip of a fine brush, apply a little shadow beneath the eyes, along the lower lash line. Smudge it lightly to give your eyes that super-sexy look.

skin toning

For oily skin take one tea spoon of alcohol (available at the chemist's) and 100gm of distilled water. Add half a tea spoon of alum, and make your toning solution.
Storing in the fridge will help preserve it for longer. Great on a warm day to cool off.
(avoid eye contact)

more H2O

While the fountain of youth may not exist, drinking plenty of water might just be the next best thing. We may have been told to strive for eight glasses a day, but for most that is a tall order. Researches now say, drink as much as you feel comfortable with. Keeping hydrated will help keep skin glowing and hair shiny.

Goodnight
Research tells us that not getting enough sleep, not only gives us those dreaded dark circles, but also makes us look and feel older. Not getting enough shut eye can keep the body from self-healing - whether it be a a sore muscle or repairing those damaged skin cells that make skin look dry and dull. So try a few early nights and see the difference.
