HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT BY YOGA

Lie down with back on floor, lift left leg <90 degree, move full round in clockwise direction at least for four times, then four times anticlockwise. Then repeat it with the right leg. We can increase after some days. After practicing we can do this asana with two legs together. This helps to reduce tummy fat. It is said that with one round one gram fat is burnt. So if do this with reducing diet that is low cal diet it’s very effective. Slowly increase to fifty times daily.
